Twitter has introduced new feature for all users where they have the option to “unmention” themselves from a conversation or thread that they do not want to be a part off. The new Unmentioning feature was announced on monday by Twitter. It is designed to let you “take control of your mentions and leave a conversation” in which you no longer want to be involved. This feature of Twitter is supported on all platforms and devices, including Twitter for iOS. To exclude yourself from a conversation, tap the three dot menu on the tweet in question.
